Today we had our last training of this year. And also I trained the team U11 A for the last time. I wish all the players all the best with their new coach in 2010.

We did a training match and we practice on free kicks and penalties.

Termination as a trainer

I have decided to stop training the U11 as of December 31, 2009. I would like to thank all the players of the U11 for the great times we had together training and playing games. I wish you all the best in the future.

We played our best game of the season. The boys really did there best. Unfortunately we were not bale to score more than once although we were the better team. Jong Colombia scored twice and won the match.

Training December 9, 2009

On today’s training we trained on ball possession. This went surprisingly well. Coach Bart did a keeper training with Rowan and Oliver.

Game on Saturday December 12, 2009

On Saturday September 12, 2009 we will play our second game against Jong Colombia. The players should at Willemstad at 10:45 am.

Training December 7, 2009

We did an exercise were a player had to move the ball forward. Pass the ball to a teammate and receive the ball back. This had to be done with some speed. We will have to keep on training on this part of the game because this wasn’t the boys best performance.

Meeting FFK for youth competition

Tomorrow their will be a special meeting at the NAVU (Nederlands Antilliaanse Voetbal Unie-Netherlands Antilles Football association) building in which the schedule of the competition will be handed out.

Training November 30, 2009

At the training today we did an exercise in which the team in possession of the ball had to open up. We also did an exercise were the team had to try to score a goal by passing the ball, receiving it back and take a kick on the goal.

Willemstad A – Willemstad B 1-0 (1-0)

We won our first match of this years competition with 1-0 against Willemstad B. Gedion scored the only goal in the 12th minute. Although we won we really have to proceed in keep on training very hard to get the level of the team up because we didn’t play that well.
